Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Java Fullstack Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and systems.
The role focuses on delivering clean, maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions using Java, Java EE, web development frameworks, relational databases, SQL, and RESTful web services.
The Java Fullstack Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, contribute to Agile delivery practices, participate in code reviews, and resolve technical issues.
The role supports business objectives by delivering quality software, improving application functionality, and maintaining reliable and sustainable technology solutions.
Software Requirements Required Software Skills Java: Strong programming experience in Java, including object-oriented programming and enterprise application development.
Java EE: Strong knowledge of the Java EE platform and its application in Java-based systems.
Spring, Hibernate, or JSF: Experience with one or more Java web development frameworks.
Relational databases and SQL: Practical experience writing SQL queries and integrating Java applications with relational databases.
RESTful web services: Experience developing, consuming, or integrating RESTful services.
Git or equivalent version control system: Experience with source-code management, branching, merging, and code collaboration.
Agile development practices: Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and iterative delivery.
Software versions: Experience working with the Java, Java EE, framework, database, REST, and version-control tool versions used by the assigned Synechron project.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in Java and related technologies.
Support sustainable software practices by improving application efficiency, reusing maintainable components, and considering long-term supportability.
Deliver software increments that meet agreed functional requirements, quality standards, security expectations, and timelines.
Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages Essential Strong programming skills in Java.
Experience with object-oriented programming principles.

Working knowledge of SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, validation, and troubleshooting.
