Role Summary Serves as the connective tissue for our most strategic product launches.
In this newly created role, you will be the central orchestrator responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of bringing new Gracenote products and features to market.
You will not just manage a schedule; you will bridge the gap between technical execution and commercial readiness in partnership with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities Lead the comprehensive New Product Introduction (NPI) / Go-To-Market (GTM) process from ideation and development through to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Serve as the primary liaison connecting diverse teams.
Ensure alignment across: Product & Design: Tracking feature readiness, user experience milestones, and beta testing.
Engineering: Monitoring development sprints, QA, and technical deployment schedules.
Legal & Privacy: Ensuring new products meet all regulatory compliance, data privacy standards, and that necessary vendor/client contracts are updated.
Marketing: Aligning product delivery with messaging, positioning, and promotional launch campaigns.
Sales & Enablement: Ensuring sales teams are trained, equipped with collateral, and ready to monetize the product on day one.
Customer Support/Operations: Ensuring support teams have the documentation and tools needed to assist clients post-launch.
Build and scale a standardized NPI playbook for Gracenote, defining clear phases, gates, deliverables, and ownership for all future launches.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks across all workstreams.
Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to executive stakeholders with proposed solutions.
Host regular cross-functional syncs.
Provide clear, concise executive reporting on program health, launch readiness, and post-launch metrics.
7+ years of program management, product operations, or GTM management experience, preferably within the B2B tech, SaaS, or data/entertainment industries.
Proven ability to "speak the language" of diverse departments—from deeply technical engineering constraints to complex legal compliance and nuanced marketing strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and momentum among stakeholders who do not report to you.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and traditional project management frameworks.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Hyper-organized with a keen eye for detail.
Capable of managing multiple, complex product launches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex program statuses into clear executive summaries.
