As an AI Data Modeling Senior Associate you will support client service engagements by analyzing complex data, shaping data models, and turning business needs into clear technical solutions within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice.

As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts, mentor Associates and other junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to AI-enabled modeling efforts, interpret feedback from stakeholders, uphold professional and technical standards, and help deliver data-driven deliverables that support Field Service & Operations Modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities Design and structure data models optimized for AI/ML consumption, including embeddings, vector representations, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines Define schemas for structured and unstructured data feeding into LLM-based systems Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and normalization of source data Collaborate with stakeholders to map business entities into AI-ready data structures Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies (vector databases, knowledge graphs, relational stores) for performance and accuracy What You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field 2-3 years of relevant development experience, with overall 4+ years of experience Proven experience working on real-time, client-facing AI projects Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML development and applied AI solutions What Sets You Apart Develop test suites and evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, relevance, and consistency Design and implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe outputs Build automated evaluation pipelines (golden datasets, regression tests, scoring rubrics) for continuous model quality monitoring Conduct red-teaming and adversarial testing to identify failure modes Define and track key metrics (precision, recall, latency, safety compliance) across AI features Document evaluation results and drive iterative improvements with engineering and product teams Skills : Python, Vector Databases, RAG Architecture, Embedding Models, LLM Evaluation Frameworks, Guardrails & Safety Testing, Prompt Engineering, Red-Teaming, Metrics & Performance Tracking, Azure AI Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date
