The Principal Designer assists the Associate/BIM Manager as a project team member, interacting with project architects & engineers to develop and analyses the virtual construction process to maximize construction/coordination efficiency, job cost savings, as well as enhance project documentation & delivery.
Minimum 10-15 years project experience using BIM60/Revit Structure environment, with duties as a lead coordinator–Engineer, or equivalent.
Must be able to demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge and understanding of construction methods, processes, and systems.
Must have knowledge and understanding of common construction terminology and nomenclature as well as various building types and systems.
Experience in Infrastructure Projects like: Metros/Airports add more advantages.
Must be able to demonstrate an intermediate to advanced working knowledge and experience with the following software applications as well as typically used terminology, standards, and practices Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, RC CAD, Bentley Products, etc.
Diploma (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college, institute or university. Candidate should be having minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Managing Large scale
