Program Manager – Client Engagement, Learning Services | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only Position Type: Full-time employee Location: Onsite - Noida, India Abut the Role Our team is looking for a Program Manager to own the overall health of a major client engagement, tracking every commitment across service areas while leading the client through a structured organizational transformation.

This is a dual-facing role connecting our delivery teams with client leadership.

What you'll do Maintain a single consolidated register of actions, decisions, and commitments across the engagement, chasing items to closure Oversee implementation of the engagement's operating model across governance, administration, design, and capability partnering Lead the client's organizational transformation and change management agenda, including stakeholder readiness, communications, and adoption tracking Act as the day-to-day bridge between the delivery team and client stakeholders, resolving issues that span both organizations Maintain the engagement-level risk and issue register and produce consolidated health reporting for governance forums Coordinate across service areas to identify and unblock hand-offs before they affect delivery
