Staff Inbound Product Manager

Join a new team with the ambition to build ServiceNow’s Accounts Receivable Operations (ARO) product from an emerging opportunity into a $100M business.
We are bringing new ways of working to finance—using AI to help enterprises accelerate collections, resolve disputes, improve cash flow, and reduce manual work.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new product, establish how a new team works, and grow ServiceNow’s presence in a new market.
We are looking for an inbound product leader who combines enterprise software experience with a strong understanding of finance operations, especially accounts receivable.
You will work directly with customers and closely with engineering, design, and research to turn complex financial processes into intuitive products and AI-powered workflows.
You should enjoy building from the ground up, working through ambiguity, and taking ownership from initial discovery through delivery and adoption.
What you get to do in this role: Own product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for Accounts Receivable Operations, helping establish ARO as a strategic growth business for ServiceNow.
Partner with finance leaders, AR managers, and collections teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to improve collections, dispute resolution, and the broader invoice-to-cash process.
Define AI-native capabilities that capture an organization’s collections expertise and apply it to prioritizing work, engaging customers, and autonomously resolving routine tasks and cases.
Translate customer needs and complex finance workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering, design, research, and platform teams to guide development and bring high-quality products to market.
Integrate customer discovery, usability studies, market analysis, and competitive insights into product decisions.
Partner with early customers to validate solutions, guide pilots and adoption, and turn lessons learned into capabilities that serve the broader market.
Define and measure product success through customer outcomes such as faster collections, reduced days sales outstanding, improved collector productivity, and shorter dispute resolution times.
Communicate product priorities and tradeoffs clearly, build consensus, and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Help establish the team’s ways of working, including using AI to accelerate discovery, improve decisions, and strengthen execution.
Take accountability for outcomes across the product lifecycle and coach other product managers as the team grows.
To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 8+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of enterprise products from discovery through launch and adoption.
Experience building products for finance operations, with direct experience in accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, or invoice-to-cash strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of how finance teams operate, including their workflows, performance measures, financial controls, and relationships with customers and other business functions.
An understanding of how finance workflow products connect with ERP systems and other sources of customer, invoice, payment, and account data.
Experience defining product requirements and translating them into a prioritized roadmap and actionable development plans.
Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record of building relationships with business leaders and practitioners to deliver customer-centered solutions.
Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on the activities that create the greatest customer and business impact.
The ability to connect a broader product vision with the details required to deliver a complete, usable solution.
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to establish direction and deliver results in a new product or market.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex problems clearly to technical, business, and executive audiences.
The ability to lead across functions, coach less experienced colleagues, and build a culture of ownership, learning, and execution.
