As a Guidewire Integration Developer you will develop and support integration solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, helping connect insurance business applications, data flows, and platform capabilities across complex environments.

As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, provide strategic direction, and use sound judgment to guide teams through ambiguity while building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will draw on your Guidewire, application integration, and insurance domain experience to shape delivery, manage issue resolution, and support work that improves operational performance across the program.

Responsibilities - Leading Guidewire integration initiatives across billing, claims, and policy workflows for insurance clients - Driving solution design, development, and deployment of integration services across Guidewire applications and enterprise systems - Directing large project workstreams and coordinating delivery milestones, issue resolution, and dependency management - Translating business and technical requirements into integration patterns, interface specifications, and implementation plans - Reviewing integration code, configuration, and data mapping approaches to support reliable system connectivity - Advising client teams on Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter integration approaches and platform capabilities - Coaching developers and technical teams through complex design decisions, testing activities, and production support readiness - Applying software development methodology, system development skills, and digital tooling to improve delivery efficiency - Collaborating with insurance stakeholders to analyze process impacts, identify integration risks, and shape future-state solutions - Presenting technical options and delivery progress to client leaders and firm leadership in clear, practical terms What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 15+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Guidewire Certification - Leading Guidewire integration development within insurance technology programs - Applying BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter configuration knowledge - Translating business needs into scalable integration solutions - Coaching teams through complex delivery and client-facing discussions Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
