Key ResponsibilitiesCoach the team on Scrum values and practices, fostering transparency and continuous improvement.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Support backlog refinement with a focus on clarity, prioritisation, and dependency management.Track and communicate delivery metrics (throughput, velocity, lead time, and quality indicators).Remove delivery impediments quickly and escalate when needed.Support release planning and cross-team alignment.Use Angular knowledge to guide better refinement, story slicing, and risk assessment.Facilitate discussions involving Angular & C# architecture, technical debt, performance, and testing strategies.Encourage shift-left testing practices and front-end quality improvements.Qualifications8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master / project manager.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and coaching experience.Practical knowledge of C# & Angular, components, routing, forms, and testing frameworks.Experience with Jira.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Nice-to-HaveCertifications such as PSM I/II or CSM.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimisation
