Be the First to Apply Job Description Manger - E CommerceWe are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart / Nykaa / Quick Commerce.

The role will own revenue, profitability, availability, visibility and overall account performance, while building strong relationships with key platform stakeholders.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Own monthly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned e-commerce accounts.

•Develop and execute Annual Business Plans / Joint Business Plans with key accounts.

•Build strong relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa / quick commerce partners.

•Drive assortment expansion, new product launches, pricing, promotions and online visibility.

•Ensure strong product availability, catalogue hygiene, fill rates and order fulfilment across portals.

•Monitor inventory, forecasts, open orders, cancellations and operational KPIs; partner with Supply Chain to improve service levels.

•Lead negotiations on Terms of Trade, margins, trade spends, promotions and commercial agreements.

•Track account profitability, trade investments and costs; identify opportunities for profitable growth.

•Analyse account performance and consumer/platform data to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions.

•Drive timely resolution of claims, deductions, credit notes and receivables in partnership with Finance.

•Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance and Customer Service teams to deliver account plans.
