Process Management Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Process Manager - Accounts Payable (SAP Expert) to lead and coordinate Accounts Payable process management, SAP testing activities, process improvements, and project execution within a global environment.

The role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Accounts Payable processes, stakeholder management, and team coordination .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end testing, managing process documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects and process improvements.

Strong communication skills in English and German are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Process Management & Project Leadership Lead and manage Accounts Payable process initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, provide status updates, and drive issue resolution.

Act as a key contact between business users, IT teams, developers, and external stakeholders.

Support automation and AI-driven process improvement initiatives within SAP environments.

Testing & Quality Assurance Design and develop business-oriented test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.

Execute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing across SAP systems.

Manage testing activities using Jira, Xray, and Confluence.

Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and test results.

Identify, document, track, and coordinate defect resolution activities.

SAP Process Expertise Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Accounts Payable processes.

Analyze impacts of SAP changes, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Support Procurement and Banking process integrations impacting AP operations.

Work closely with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori application teams to ensure process consistency and quality.

Documentation & Governance Maintain process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and testing artifacts.

Update internal guidelines and governance documents for system and process changes.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and testing methodologies.

Team Coordination Coordinate testing teams, project workstreams, and business stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops, review meetings, and project discussions.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required.

Ensure effective communication across global and multicultural teams.

Required Skills & Experience Functional Skills Strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) processes within SAP environments .

Good understanding of Procurement (P2P) and Banking process dependencies .

Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori Applications .

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

End-to-end business process understanding and process improvement capabilities.

Tools & Technologies Jira Xray Confluence SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA SAP Fiori Microsoft Office Suite Project & Leadership Skills Project management and coordination experience.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Team coordination and collaboration capabilities.

Language Skills English – Mandatory German – Mandatory / Strongly Preferred (B2/C1 level or above) Preferred Qualifications ISTQB Certification.

Experience in SAP automation testing.

Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

Experience with API testing tools.

Exposure to Microsoft Azure.

Experience with AI-enabled process optimization and automation solutions.
