Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's relationship with the bank Analyze client financial information and requirements to provide tailored lending solutions Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure efficient and timely loan processing Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Loan Against Property business Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of the Loan Against Property product and the ability to analyze client financial information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to provide customized solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
