Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting across various platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Omron (Siemens preferred).
Knowledge of LabVIEW and SCADA programming.
Hands-on experience with various industrial communication protocols.
Experience in Robotic system (Kuka, Fanuc) programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of dispensing processes, plasma treatment, and robotic applications.
•Development of control circuits as per process requirements.
•Analyse machine downtime and failure trends and implement continuous improvement projects.
•Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance as per schedule • Spare parts management.
•Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
