Principal, Full Stack Engineer - Digital Assets

Job Description: Job Title – Principal, Full Stack Engineer - Digital Assets Asset Management Technology is seeking a highly motivated individual contributor for the Fidelity Digital Asset Management - technology team in India.

This individual will partner very closely with various Fidelity Digital Asset Management Technology teams, in addition to the broader Asset management technology teams to contribute to the Digital Asset Management platform for Tokenization and Crypto Products.

The associate would need to have a thorough experience in Engineering and Agile practices.

The Purpose of Your Role The associate is expected to be a Fullstack Engineer with technical knowledge of different areas but not limited to AWS Cloud, Application Development using Java/J2EE and Blockchain related technologies.

A thorough knowledge of CI/CD processes would be an added advantage.

The Value You Deliver The Fidelity Digital Asset Management Technology team is responsible for Digital Asset Management platform and Crypto Products.

Enforce Engineering practices with all team members globally Contribute to Deliveries and Releases of the Digital Asset Management platform and related components on AWS Cloud Communicate effectively with other AMTech Application teams and adopt of IT Blueprint for application with upstream and downstream dependencies Work alongside large multifunctional teams and promote engineering and Agile practices with experience preferably in the Asset Management domain The Skills that are Key to this role Behavioral Be Collaborative: Work in partnership with the AM Architecture and Engineering teams to design and build end-to-end solutions to enable Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud Be Strategic: Partner with other key team members (and other AM teams) to implement the strategic vision to help execute the multi-year product roadmap and to various organizational initiatives Be Transformative: Encourages or able to cause positive and lasting change, challenges status quo.
