Role Summary As an India Production Apprentice, you will play a key role in building world-class Backhoe Loader and Skid Steer Loader machines.

This role involves hands-on assembly of machine components, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities Perform assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components as per Standard Work Instructions (SWI).

Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively.

Follow safety protocols and 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe shopfloor environment.

Work closely with Team Leads to achieve daily production targets.

Perform basic visual inspections for fitment accuracy, alignment, and torque compliance.

Escalate abnormalities, defects, or process deviations immediately to supervisors.

Support continuous improvement activities like Kaizen, Lean initiatives, and waste reduction.

Maintain documentation and data entries related to production and processes.
