Finance Manager (Tax/Accounting)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury for Indian Legal entity while acting as a strategic partner to management.

Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Finance Governance & Policies Preparation and implementation of finance rules and policies Budgeting & Planning Consolidation and submission of budgets to corporate.

Accounting & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, GST, etc.) Support statutory, internal, and tax audits Taxation Review advance tax filings and GST-related matters Financial Operations Oversee vendor payments, contracts, and finance systems Review petty cash and banking activities Effective utilization of fund.

Reporting & Closing Support month-end/year-end close activities Provide financial data to consultants (e.g., transfer pricing, audits) Payroll checks, PF, PT return filling.

Intercompany balance reconciliation.

Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate board meetings, AGM, and corporate compliance activities Asset & Systems Control Manage fixed asset verification and system/process improvements Team Oversight Supervise Regular & Outsourced accounting staff and resolve operational issues (up to 5 employees)

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA.

Professional certifications will be added advantage: CA, CPA, CMA, CFA . 8–15 years of experience in Business Finance or Entity Controller roles.

Strong knowledge of advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
