As a Databricks + Azure AI Senior Associate you will help design and build data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and deepen your technical skills while guiding junior team members and maintaining professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC, you will support client-facing data engineering efforts, use Databricks and Azure AI technologies to develop data infrastructure and systems, interpret feedback and data to inform recommendations, and contribute to solutions that align with broader project goals.

Responsibilities - Designing and developing data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic using Databricks and Azure AI technologies - Building scalable data architecture components that support analytics, reporting, and advanced data processing needs - Translating client requirements into technical designs for ingestion, modeling, validation, and delivery of data assets - Troubleshooting pipeline performance issues, query inefficiencies, and data quality defects across source and target environments - Applying Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and Microsoft Azure Databricks to automate and orchestrate data workflows - Collaborating with client teams to define data strategy, modernization priorities, and implementation approaches for cloud-based platforms - Interpreting business context and technical feedback to refine solutions and support informed recommendations - Reviewing work products from junior team members and providing guidance on data engineering methods, standards, and delivery activities What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating Databricks and Azure AI implementation experience in client-facing settings - Translating data engineering concepts into clear business recommendations - Applying Python, SQL, or Spark for pipeline development and analysis - Leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake solutions - Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity and complexity Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
