About the Role We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in a Bengaluru on-site capacity.

As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will drive the successful execution of clinical trials by overseeing project delivery, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

This position plays a critical role in study execution, patient safety oversight, and the achievement of study milestones.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to study operations from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, developing and mentoring clinical operations professionals, ensuring quality control across deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Monitor project performance through close interaction with project leadership and ensure that project documentation and correspondence are accurate, complete, and maintained to regulatory standards.

Manage and oversee team activities including resource planning, staff assignments, quality control, and efficiency of project deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Provide consultation and develop action plans in conjunction with management and project leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.

Serve as an ongoing liaison between project teams, sponsors, and management regarding the performance and development of direct reports.

Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled, experienced, and motivated team by providing technical support, mentoring, and training to ensure staff meet departmental and project productivity and quality metrics.

Conduct quality checks of deliverables and take appropriate remedial action to meet and exceed client expectations.

Participate in formal staff review processes including performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales.

Support business development efforts including client networking and participation in project bids and client presentations as appropriate.

Maintain compliance with ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory agency requirements, Parexel SOPs, and sponsor SOPs.

Participate in and champion the implementation of Parexel and department system and standards improvement activities.

Experience working in clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment with strong understanding of clinical trials.

The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

A patient-focused mindset and strong attention to detail in all deliverables.

Comfort working with clinical trial management systems and data management tools.

Strategic thinking with the ability to balance operational excellence with business objectives.

Required Qualifications Degree in biological science, pharmacy, nursing, or other health-related discipline, or equivalent relevant clinical experience.

Substantial monitoring and data management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research with strong understanding and knowledge of the clinical trials environment.

Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Competency in local language and written English; oral English competency is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic trial master files (eTMF), or electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

Experience in specific therapeutic areas or clinical trial phases.

Demonstrated experience in project management or team leadership in a clinical research setting.

Multilingual capabilities.
