IN_RBIN_BidP1_Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Front line Manager

Manufacturing Front line manager for Plunger in Element Value stream - Ensure manufacturing of Product In-line with Principle of Product liability - Associate management - Head count planning and Ensuring shop floor discipline. - Production management - Delivery as per plan,Material availability and reporting ,work allocation and Tool & consumable management - Deviation reporting and Management - Cooperation with cross functional departments - Estimation of the employee requirements - Trouble shooting in operations management - Cooperation for Audits (internal, external) - Improve the cost efficiency & identify areas for cost optimization - Data logging for management information - Ensure general conduct inline with safety and other BOSCH guidelines and procedures - Knowledge on MSA, capability studies & Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Experience of Quality Systems, Shainin,Tools & Techniques - Knowledge on Quick changeover - Awareness of BOSCH & Other control systems - Understanding of Process specifications and confirming to the defined standards and specifications - Identify and review improvement potential through change initiatives e.g BPS,CIP - Knowledge on I4.0 , BPS , SAP and EWAK - Ensure adherence to QMS Standards ( Layered process confirmation,OPL Closure,Retention of documents) - Inventory management (WIP Management,stock reconciliation,preparation of stock take,quarantined material) - Review of KPI Status (SQCD Board) with CFT team - Review and Maintain Shop discipline,OPL Closure -Coordination for sample manufacturing -Knowledge on Lean manufacturing (BPS) & Change initiatives - Ability to assert oneself - Analytical and cost-oriented thinking - Initiative - Team player - Pedagogic skills - Social competence

with 2-5 year experience and min 2 years of experience in Shop floor Management or related role - Good Communication: Presentation & Command over English (Kannada Preferred) - Willingness to travel as per business requirement - Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry (Preferred)
