We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India.

Develop and implement annual sales strategies and action plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities in the Mumbai region Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active field sales, networking, and strategic account development with both individual and corporate clients Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners through transparent communication and collaborative engagement Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze sales metrics to provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development and career growth of team members Customize sales approaches and solutions to meet diverse customer needs while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in responding to market changes, customer feedback, and evolving business priorities
Bachelor's degree from a relevant field (preferred) Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership, sales management, or portfolio management Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing both individual and corporate customer portfolios Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and customer management platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to conduct active field sales and successfully acquire new customers Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and organizational objectives Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to develop innovative sales solutions Leadership and coaching abilities with a commitment to supporting team development and performance management Sales forecasting and pipeline management expertise Familiarity with the Mumbai market landscape and understanding of local business dynamics (preferred) Proficiency in English communication Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and evolving business needs Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
