Position Swiggy’s products as solutions, not features Relationship management: Manage the full lifecycle each month, pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support to the restaurant partner Data-driven problem solving: Track adoption metrics, identify why restaurants aren't growing, troubleshoot issues, and course-correct Revenue responsibility: Own targets within your territory; track your own pipeline and conversion rates Excel mastery: all the data related to your day-to-day work will be on the city and central trackers, so you must have advanced knowledge of Excel/Googlesheet/WSP Market research: Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics.
