Role Overview As an RPA Engineer, you will design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
Leveraging UiPath, .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and modern integration technologies, you will determine the best automation approach for each use case, whether through RPA, APIs, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
What You'll Bring You have 5+ years of experience delivering RPA and enterprise automation solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath.
You are proficient in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including deployment, monitoring, exception handling, reusable components, queues, and assets.
You have strong development skills in .NET/C#, SQL, and API integrations.
You have experience designing and delivering scalable automation solutions across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
You understand software engineering best practices, including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
You are comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
You have knowledge of AI-enabled automation, including Generative AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
You can assess automation opportunities and recommend the best approach using RPA, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
UiPath certification or equivalent automation credentials are desirable.
What You'll Be Doing You will identify, assess, and deliver automation opportunities that drive measurable business value.
You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
You will build integrations using APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow technologies to create scalable and resilient solutions.
You will evaluate existing automations and recommend improvements through modernization, integration, or AI-enabled capabilities.
You will own automation delivery throughout the lifecycle, including implementation, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
You will troubleshoot automation issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
You will maintain clear technical and operational documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.
You will apply appropriate security, governance, and risk controls across all automation solutions.
You will explore and leverage emerging AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
This is a # hybrid role , requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager .
