As an AI Agent Developer you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop data solutions for clients, transforming raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business growth within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop talent, manage performance, and guide workstreams through planning, execution, and delivery while using technology and innovation to strengthen outcomes and address complex business needs.

In this role at PwC, you will collaborate across AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions, apply data science methods to exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization, and contribute to work that supports client service delivery and internal quality expectations.

Responsibilities - Develop and optimize AI agents using Python, integrating with OpenAI API, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry for advanced natural language processing capabilities. - Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and Prompt Engineering techniques to improve agent accuracy and contextual understanding. - Build scalable multi-agent systems using Multi-Agent Frameworks, LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen for orchestrating complex AI workflows and interactions. - Develop and maintain REST APIs to expose agent functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms and external systems. - Implement observability and monitoring solutions to track agent performance, system health, and facilitate debugging across cloud environments. - Manage data storage and querying with SQL databases, harnessing Agent Core and Github for version control and collaboration in building AI Code Assistants.

What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's & Master's Degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Expert in developing and optimizing AI agents using Python, seamlessly integrating with cutting-edge APIs like OpenAI, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry to deliver advanced NLP solutions. - Proven ability to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and apply sophisticated Prompt Engineering techniques that significantly enhance agent accuracy and contextual relevance. - Skilled in building scalable, collaborative AI ecosystems using Multi-Agent Frameworks, LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen to orchestrate complex, multi-agent workflows efficiently. - Experienced in developing and maintaining robust REST APIs that enable smooth integration of AI agents with diverse cloud platforms and third-party systems. - Strong background in implementing comprehensive observability and monitoring frameworks to ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems in cloud environments. - Proficient in managing data with SQL databases and leveraging tools like Agent Core and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and accelerating the development of AI Code Assistants.
