As a Veeva / CRM Specialist you will support client-facing data and analytics engineering work within our Data Science practice, helping shape CRM solutions that turn raw data into usable insights for decision-making.

As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate shifting client needs while building meaningful relationships and developing your personal brand.

In this role at PwC, you will contribute to exploratory analysis, descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization efforts that support business decisions and reflect a deeper understanding of the client context.

Responsibilities - Analyzing client data and business requirements to support Veeva CRM and related analytics workstreams - Developing data models, workflows, and technical solutions that translate business needs into actionable insights - Applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques to identify patterns and inform recommendations - Creating and maintaining data pipelines, quality checks, and reporting outputs for client delivery - Collaborating across client teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and advance project milestones - Interpreting complex data sets and synthesizing findings into clear visualizations and presentations - Supporting exploratory analysis and troubleshooting across data science workflows and digital tools - Mentoring junior team members and reviewing assigned deliverables for accuracy and consistency What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering - Demonstrating Veeva CRM configuration experience in client support settings - Applying data analysis and visualization tools to inform recommendations - Interpreting complex business needs into practical system improvements - Collaborating across teams while managing ambiguity and changing priorities - Mentoring junior team members through feedback and knowledge sharing - Veeva CRM configuration - Salesforce platform administration - Call planning and cycle plan setup - Territory and alignment management - Data model and object configuration - Veeva Align and Network integration - Requirements documentation Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
