Experience Required: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end feature development, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Logical abilities Independently deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Maintain and enhance existing product releases, ensuring stability and performance.

Drive technical excellence through adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

Contribute to architectural decisions and framework-level thinking to support scalable and maintainable solutions.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.

Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, scalability, and security are considered during development.

Required Technical Skills: Full stack developer Backend Development: Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and RESTful API development.

Frontend Development: Proficient in Angular v10+ , with strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Database: Good understanding of any Structured Query Language and relational database concepts.

Software Design: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns , knowledge of micro services and software architecture.

Testing: Experience with any unit testing frameworks.

DevOps & Containers: Preferred to have working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.

Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code from the outset.

Preferred Attributes: Exposure to Code generation using AI enabled tools like Github Co-pilot will be added advantage Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Passion for modern tools, technologies, and engineering excellence.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.

Exposure to CI/CD practices.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and quality.

Domain Advantage: Experience in the Healthcare domain will be considered a strong plus.
