Job Description: Talent Acquisition – Leadership Hiring Company: Paytm Location: Noida Experience: 4–6 years About the Role Paytm is looking for a sharp, proactive Talent Acquisition professional to drive senior and leadership hiring.

This role goes beyond filling positions.

You'll find and bring in exceptional leaders who drive transformation, innovation, and business growth.

You'll work closely with business heads and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.

Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from understanding the requirement through offer and onboarding. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and define success profiles for each role. - Lead talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor talent research to build strong leadership pipelines. - Find and engage high-caliber professionals through LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. - Run structured interview and assessment processes for leadership candidates. - Manage senior stakeholder relationships and give candidates a confidential, high-quality experience. - Handle compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and closures for critical mandates. - Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health, and share insights with stakeholders. - Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements - 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership or executive hiring. - Strong headhunting, sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Proven ability to engage senior professionals and close critical hiring mandates. - Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Background Experience with executive search or leadership hiring firms, AI-led companies, or IT services and technology recruitment.
