Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead and develop a high-performing BBC application team.

Drive customer projects from concept to commercialization.

Develop bakery, snack bar, confectionery, filling and coating prototypes.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Lead customer presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations.

Drive capability building, innovation and best practices.

Manage project priorities, resources and timelines.

Support growth opportunities through consumer and market insights.

Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any other relevant discipline.

Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry.

Atleast 3+ years of team management experience.

Knowledge of food safety, GMP, quality systems and regulations.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

English language is essential.

Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge of Beverage and Dairy applications, formulation, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
