TMOD & Learning Operations Specialis

The Talent Management & Learning Operations Specialist ensures the smooth execution of global Talent Management and Learning processes while driving continuous improvement through digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

The role acts as the key operational expert for systems, tools, learning administration and process governance within the TMOD&Learning Team.

Talent & Learning Operations •Administer Talent Management processes and operational cycles in MySuccess.

•Manage form routing, workflows, process tracking, system flags, talent categories and process indicators.

•Provide standard reports, presentations, templates and minutes templates for TM Process.

•Manage nominations, registrations and participants for internal and external development programs.

•Administer CT Development Journey, Leadership Architecture, Plant Manager Assessment Centers and other Diagnostics offerings.

Organize learning events, curate the ContiTech Campus and support the standardized rollout of learning solutions for blue-collar employees.

Systems, Tools & User Support • Act as Global Central Key User for MySuccess Talent and interface to MySuccess Learning / LMS.

•Cover relevant DLA, ILO, Learning Service and Quality Releaser responsibilities according to the authorization concept.• Manage access rights and authorization requests.

•Communicate tool changes and maintain standard training materials, user guides and quick reference guides in cooperation with SGS Depatement • Coordinate tool issue resolution together with SGS and support Business Areas, GSCFs, locations and the HR Business Partner with process and system know-how.

Process Digitalization, Automation & AI • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and digitalize People Development processes.

•Translate repetitive administrative activities into suitable automation opportunities.

•Apply approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and future Talent AI Hub capabilities, to improve efficiency and user experience.

•Design AI-supported templates, workflows, knowledge bases, FAQs and self-service solutions.

•Support development, testing, documentation and adoption of AI use cases in Talent Management and Learning.

Data Quality, Reporting & Governance • Ensure data quality in Talent Management and Learning systems and support correction of inconsistencies.

•Provide standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards and process status overviews.

•Use data to support transparent process execution and operational decision-making.

•Support consistent application of defined global processes, standards and governance requirements.

Create management-ready visualizations and presentations where required.

•Derive operational observations and improvement opportunities from available data.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning & Development or a in IT/Technology related field preferred.

Experience Preferred with app. 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning Administration, HR Systems or a comparable operational environment.

Experience administering system-based processes, workflows, registrations or learning programs is required.

International or matrix-organization experience is an advantage.

Specific Knowledge Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors / MySuccess Talent and/or Learning is required.

Strong Microsoft 365 skills are required.

Demonstrated ability to apply approved AI tools responsibly, identify automation use cases, critically review AI output and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.

Strong process orientation, accuracy, service mindset and fluent English are required.

Power Automate, dashboarding and additional languages are advantages.
