As a Databricks + Agentic AI - Senior Associate you will design and develop data solutions that support data processing, integration, and transformation for client needs within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will contribute to data pipelines and modern data infrastructure, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data to inform recommendations, and support delivery across evolving cloud and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities - Designing and building Databricks-based data pipelines and transformation workflows that support client analytics and reporting needs - Developing data integration, data modeling, and data validation routines across cloud data platforms - Applying agentic AI concepts to improve automation, data processing, and workflow orchestration within engineering solutions - Translating business and technical requirements into scalable data solutions that align with project objectives - Troubleshooting data quality, performance, and query optimization issues across data lake and data warehouse environments - Using Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and related orchestration tools to manage scheduled data movement and pipeline execution - Supporting data architecture decisions by evaluating platform capabilities, integration patterns, and security considerations - Interpreting data and technical findings to inform recommendations for clients and internal teams - Mentoring junior team members on data engineering methods, delivery practices, and technical problem solving - Building client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to changing priorities, and contributing to delivery across workstreams What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating Databricks platform experience in data engineering delivery - Applying Agentic AI concepts to client-facing solution design - Interpreting complex data to shape insights and recommendations - Anticipating client needs while navigating ambiguous project settings - Mentoring junior team members through technical problem-solving Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
