The posting
key requirement, as the employer wrote it
You'll own paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms — from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting. — Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube — across multiple client accounts simultaneously. — Make budgets work harder Efficient spend management, smart bidding strategies, and constant optimisation to maximise ROI and ROAS. — Run A/B tests that actually change decisions Not testing for the sake of it — testing to learn and improve. — Set up tracking that tells the real story Pixels, conversion events, GA4, Tag Manager — you don't rely on platform-reported numbers alone. — Turn data into direction Analyse campaign performance and present clear, actionable recommendations — not just charts. — Collaborate with creative and content teams Brief them on what's working, what the audience is responding to, and what needs to change. — Build and present performance reports To internal stakeholders and directly to clients — clearly, confidently, and honestly. — Stay ahead of the platforms Algorithm changes, new ad formats, AI-powered marketing tools — you're always watching.
