Job Description: Responsibilities: Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings Create draft reports for management review Research issues that arise during the course of engagement Qualifications : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business or qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Assurance, or a related field.
