As a Snowflake+Cortex Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work that designs and builds data pipelines, integration layers, and transformation solutions that help turn raw data into actionable insights.

As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, shape process improvements, guide teams through complex technical work, and use sound judgment to balance client needs, delivery priorities, and operational excellence within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

In this role at PwC, you will use your technical background in Snowflake and Cortex to support client-facing delivery, communicate clear recommendations, and help build data solutions that support business decision-making and growth.

Responsibilities - Leading Snowflake and Cortex data engineering engagements across client environments, translating business needs into data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation logic - Designing and delivering data architecture, warehouse structures, and dimensional models that support scalable analytics and reporting - Guiding implementation of data ingestion, orchestration, validation, and performance tuning across Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Airflow - Advising client stakeholders on modernization strategies for data platforms, governance practices, and migration approaches - Reviewing data quality, security, anonymization, and database management practices to support dependable data use - Coordinating technical delivery across multiple workstreams, resolving complex design issues, and adjusting priorities as program needs shift - Coaching team members on data engineering methods, technical standards, and applied use of cloud-based analytics tools - Translating technical decisions into clear updates for clients and internal leadership, including risks, dependencies, and delivery progress What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 12 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating Snowflake Cortex solution delivery across data modernization initiatives - Applying systems thinking to uncover data architecture opportunities and complexities - Translating client feedback into data engineering improvements and adjustments - Leading ambiguous data programs while coaching diverse teams and peers Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
