Role Overview As a Program Manager, You’ll lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination between global teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities Global Program Leadership : Manage end-to-end supply chain programs including procurement, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across regions.

Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across international supply chain operations.

Cost Optimization: Develop a cost-effective plan and optimize resource utilization to minimize operational expenses Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3+ years in international program management Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors across countries Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL and supply chain platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) PMP, CSCP, or equivalent certification is a plus Impact & Scope Lead programs with multimillion-dollar budgets across 5+ countries Influence global supply chain strategy and vendor relationships Collaborate with senior leadership across operations, finance, and technology Drive initiatives that improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
