As the Principal Product Manager for Fulfillment Servicing products, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from conception to launch and beyond.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, billing, Sales, and customer support to define the product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap.
Role and Responsibilities: Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis Ensure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle Manage the product profit & loss (P&L) Manage product area’s investment decisions, scope, roadmap, priorities Understand/monitor product's competitive and market landscape Conduct/attend visits, customer touch-bases, focus groups, conferences Support sales engineering and commercial/delivery/care teams Be the product's subject-matter expert (SME) inside scrum teams Contribute to scrum team stories, define acceptance criteria Create, refine, prioritize scrum team's backlog, and accept work Attend scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to scrum teams Provide product expertise and prioritization of maintenance issues Conduct demos (internal or external, as needed) Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features, managing trade-offs between time, scope, and resources.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the success of the product capabilities, analyze data to make informed decisions, and continuously improve product performance.
Communication: Effectively communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal & external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and/or relevant work experience Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software development, specifically with GUI design and user interfaces.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, etc).
