Design Development Understanding the utility requirements for Process Mechanical Packages from TUM.
Develop the Equipment layout for Process Exhaust, Process Vacuum, Compressor & PCW system.
Calculate system flow, pressure requirement.
Develop the piping layout, Ducting layout.
Prepare and review PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs, system schematics, equipment layouts, and mechanical specifications.
Perform equipment sizing and selection for pumps, ID FANS, scrubbers, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping & Ducting system.
Conduct the Hydraulic calculation for the different streams.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, CSA, automation) to ensure alignment across design deliverables.
Compliance & Standards: Co-ordinate with Client, Vendor for the design development.
Having knowledge of ASME/API/SEMI/CPCB/Other regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documents.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and facility planners for efficient utility layout designs.
Interface with HVAC, electrical, and process utility teams for coordinated execution Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support training initiatives.
Project Documentation: Understanding the utility requirements from TUM and prepare technical Piping Layouts / Piping Distribution, Isometric Drawing preparation, BOQ generations.
Process inputs for Control Logics.
Software Knowledge Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pipe flow, Pipenet similar tools Having hands-on experience with BIM,NAVIS WORK Knowledge of ACC -Audo desk Cloud portal.
