Full Stack Engineer – Node.js, React.js, TypeScript & NoSQL

Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NoSQL databases.

The role will focus on building and maintaining high-performance enterprise web applications across both front-end and backend layers.

The successful candidate will develop responsive user interfaces, scalable backend services, REST APIs, and efficient data solutions.

The role will contribute to application performance, build and deployment automation, debugging, monitoring, testing, production support, and Agile delivery practices.

Software Requirements Required ReactJS: 5+ years of experience developing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.

NodeJS: 5+ years of experience developing backend services and REST APIs.

JavaScript and TypeScript: 5+ years of hands-on development experience.

HTML and CSS: 5+ years of experience creating responsive and accessible web interfaces.

NoSQL databases: 5+ years of experience with data storage, retrieval, and efficient data management.

React concepts: Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, reusability, and maintainable UI design.

Data Structures: Knowledge of data structures and their practical application in software development.

Performance engineering: Hands-on experience with performance tuning, bottleneck identification, debugging, monitoring, and optimization.

Build automation and CI/CD: Experience automating build, test, and deployment processes.

Testing and code quality: Experience participating in code reviews, application testing, defect resolution, and production support.

Agile delivery: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an iterative software development environment.

Preferred Experience supporting Banking or Retail domain applications.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with application monitoring and performance analysis tools.

Experience designing reusable full-stack components and shared development utilities.

Experience optimizing application resource usage to support efficient and sustainable processing.

Overall Responsibilities Develop scalable and responsive enterprise web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.

Build reusable, testable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components using React and TypeScript.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain REST APIs and backend services.

Apply JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver functional and responsive application features.

Work with NoSQL databases and implement efficient data storage, retrieval, and management practices.

Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing system behavior, and implementing improvements.

Debug application issues across front-end, backend, integration, and data layers.

Monitor application performance and support timely investigation and resolution of production issues.

Architect and automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

Contribute to CI/CD implementation and improvements to delivery reliability.

Participate in code reviews and promote consistent coding, testing, and documentation practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, quality assurance, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Support production activities, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and post-release validation.

Deliver solutions that meet defined requirements for performance, quality, maintainability, reliability, and security.

Use application and infrastructure resources efficiently by considering performance, scalability, and sustainability during solution design.
