About the Role We are seeking a Study Grant Analyst II to join our team.
As a Study Grant Analyst II, you will play a critical role in developing accurate, competitive clinical study budgets that support our clients' research objectives and advance new treatments for patients.
This position is essential to study execution, financial planning, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Site Contracts Leaders, Study Project Leaders, and Project Directors to create strategic budget analysis that drives business growth and client satisfaction.
Following industry-standard processes and Parexel's rigorous compliance standards, you'll contribute to study operations from pre-sales proposal development through post-award financial management.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and competitive clinical study budgets across all trial phases and indications using industry-standard pricing tools such as Grant Plan, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Parexel internal policies Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical study grant creation, revision, and approval processes, collaborating with Site Contracts Leaders, Study Project Leaders, and Project Directors to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment Prepare competitive budget concepts for pre-sales business proposals and conduct post-award clinical study grant analyses to support ongoing project financial management Participate in strategy sessions and budget reviews to develop win themes, benchmark competitor offerings, and align budgets with client needs and market standards Ensure all clinical study budget information complies with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles, the Physician Payments Sunshine Act, and relevant healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA, FCPA, and Safe Harbor regulations Share knowledge and best practices with team members, document lessons learned, and contribute to departmental training development and delivery Deliver client-focused grant analysis and performance metrics to proactively identify issues and drive continuous improvement in budget accuracy and delivery Maintain working knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory agency requirements, and Parexel SOPs to ensure full compliance across all budget development activities Participate in departmental and organizational system improvement activities, task forces, and change management initiatives to enhance processes and quality standards Maintain agreed productivity and billability levels while completing routine administrative tasks in a timely manner, including timesheets, training, and travel expense management Candidate Profile You'll thrive in this role if you bring : Strategic thinking skills that enable you to create urgency, take a proactive approach, and develop solutions-based strategies Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to define and resolve complex issues across multiple projects and situations Strong communication skills that enable you to convey information across functional boundaries and build trust with clients and internal stakeholders A client-focused mindset with the ability to create and maintain trust through project interactions and serve as a trusted advisor Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with enthusiasm and prioritization Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills with demonstrated stakeholder and relationship management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the ability to quickly master Parexel systems and eClinical tools Ability to work effectively in virtual and cross-functional team environments with a collaborative and results-oriented approach Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in biological science, pharmacy, health-related discipline, nursing, or equivalent clinical experience 3-5 years of work experience in clinical site budget development, clinical research operations, or a similar role within the managed care, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries Experience with clinical study pricing tools such as Grant Plan or Grant Manager Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes Experience with industry be
