•Screens CVs and applications, preparing structured shortlists for recruiter review.

•Coordinates interviews and assessments, managing complex scheduling and communication with stakeholders.

•Maintains candidate data in ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

•Prepares candidate summaries and documentation for client submissions.

•Communicates with candidates to provide updates and ensure positive experiences.

•Supports onboarding activities, including document collection and compliance checks.

•Prepares simple recruitment reports on candidate volumes and pipeline status.

•Supports recruiters during high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
