Role Summary/Purpose Lead Product Hub initiatives across Supply Chain & Smart Manufacturing IT, ensuring successful execution of the Product Hub roadmap, enterprise adoption, governance, value realization and long-term sustainability of the platform.

Product Hub is Wabtec's strategic enterprise capability for governed access to product information across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Customer Service.

Following successful establishment of the platform foundation, Product Hub is entering a rapid scaling phase, with planned expansion to more than 6,500 users globally and governed access to over 20 million files and approximately 15TB of critical engineering and product intellectual property.

It is a key enabler of Wabtec's product data management, Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), and broader business transformation strategy.

This role partners with business and technology teams across Engineering IT, ERP, Manufacturing Systems, Digital Technology, and Supply Chain functions to deliver roadmap commitments, drive adoption, enable cross-functional business capabilities and ensure Product Hub continues to deliver measurable business value.

In addition, this role provides portfolio leadership across Supply Chain & Smart Manufacturing IT, supporting prioritization, governance, investment planning and leadership decision-making.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, enterprise thinking, and the ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration across multiple teams, systems, and business functions.

Essential Responsibilities Product Hub Leadership & Execution Lead execution of the Product Hub roadmap, ensuring delivery of approved capabilities, business outcomes, and adoption objectives.

Own Product Hub priorities, governance, stakeholder alignment, release planning, and value realization.

Partner with business and technology teams to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and delivery commitments.

Drive continuous improvement of Product Hub capabilities, user experience, and operational effectiveness.

Support expansion of Product Hub capabilities that enable Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) and product information accessibility initiatives across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. undefined Adoption, Governance & Business Value Drive enterprise adoption across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Customer Service functions.

Ensure product information remains secure, governed, accessible, and aligned with business requirements.

Establish adoption and value realization metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Lead efforts to retire legacy repositories and standardize product information access across the enterprise.

Cross-Functional Business Enablement Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, Customer Service, and Digital Technology teams to deliver end-to-end product information capabilities supporting enterprise business processes.

Enable Product Hub as a foundational capability supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Ensure Product Hub capabilities are effectively integrated with enterprise platforms including supplier collaboration, sourcing, RFQ, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing solutions that consume governed product information.

Drive alignment across business, product, and technology teams to deliver seamless business capabilities and measurable operational outcomes.

Ensure Product Hub remains aligned with broader Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain transformation priorities.

People & Stakeholder Leadership Build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.

Influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.

Develop talent, foster accountability, and promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience leading complex products, programs, portfolios, or transformation initiatives.

Experience leading enterprise platforms or strategic business capabilities.

Strong stakeholder management, governance, and execution leadership experience with demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries and deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred PLM, PDM
