Quality Control Associate- Material analytics

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Raw Material Testing Specialist to join our Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing facility.

This role is critical to ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of raw materials used in production.

The candidate will be responsible for sampling, chemical testing, and batch release activities in accordance with GMP standards

Educational qualification: A Master’s degree in Chemistry/ Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum work experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in the area laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry Skills & attributes: Technical Skills Sampling of raw materials according to established SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Conducting chemical testing using validated analytical methods (e.g., titration, spectroscopy, chromatography).

Performing batch release testing and documenting results to support manufacturing timelines.

Maintaining accurate records in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with QA/Production teams to ensure timely approval and release of materials.

Troubleshooting analytical issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledgeable about cGMP, SOPs, and STPs, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to specifications.

Handle LIMS for sample login, data entry, and reporting.

Ensure all activities are documented contemporaneously in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Maintain test records, equipment logs, and environmental data trends.

Adheres to safety precautions and procedures during analysis, emphasizing the importance of lab safety, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Expertise in handling and upkeep of the chemical and solvent store, including the preparation and maintenance of volumetric solutions and reagents.
