Sr Engineering Manager

Responsibilities Manage high-performing, and successful software engineering team(s).

12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role.

Experience building mission-critical, high-volume transaction web-based software systems.

Expertise in .NET and React, with knowledge of microservice architecture delivered on .NET Core, Node.js, and React.

Hands-on experience with AWS technologies such as CloudFront, S3, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and, and cloud development using AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling like Jira, Mural, and Confluence.

Full-stack development experience, including unit testing and acceptance test automation.

Experience developing Flutter applications for iOS and Android.

Experience with algorithms, data structures, and software analytics.

We prefer AWS certification.

Experience managing Agile teams to deliver outcomes.

Technically lead teams, handle performance management, and ensure deliveries.
