Electrical Design Engineer

Prepare electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting, earthing, and backup systems for airport facilities.
Develop single line diagrams (SLD), load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment layouts .
Design and coordinate HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems , and emergency power supply.
Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, NBC, IS codes, and local electrical standards .
Coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, and airport planning teams .
Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents .
Review vendor drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning .
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design.
Implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions (LED lighting, smart controls, renewable integration).
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) 5–7 years total experience, with minimum 3 years in infrastructure projects (EPC/Engineering Consultancy) involving detailed electrical design and engineering
