Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, standards, and quality guidelines Assist in plating and presenting dishes with precision and creativity to meet organizational standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements Support senior kitchen staff with food preparation tasks and kitchen operations Monitor, maintain, and order kitchen stocks and supplies in a timely manner Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain food quality and safety Demonstrate excellent hygiene practices and maintain appropriate grooming standards at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands and kitchen goals Follow all food safety protocols and code of conduct requirements Contribute to a positive and inclusive kitchen culture through teamwork and communication

Creative passion for culinary arts and food preparation Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure kitchen environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices (food handler certification preferred) Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team Flexible approach to work schedules and willingness to adapt to operational needs Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
