Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel companies, event planners, wedding planners, MICE companies, and other partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and key decision-makers .
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, social media, and market research.
Conduct sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and property/site inspections .
Prepare and negotiate corporate rates, contracts, packages, and commercial agreements .
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets .
Develop strategies to increase room nights, banquet revenue, F&B sales, events, and overall business .
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, services, and market trends.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and contracts and convert prospects into business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue performance.
Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling .
Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, roadshows, and industry functions .
Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and business development plans for management.
Handle client feedback and resolve commercial issues professionally to maintain long-term relationships.
