Key Responsibilities Experience Range: 11 to 15 Years Manage royalty calculation, validation, reporting, and payment processes.

Ensure processing is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs/TATs.

Review royalty statements, contracts, and supporting data to identify discrepancies.

Lead and manage the operations team, including workload allocation, performance, and development.

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and exceptions.

Drive process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives.

Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, quality, productivity, and operational risks.

Ensure compliance with client policies, contracts, and internal controls.

Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to stakeholders.

Manage escalations and support audits as required.

B Com/Mcom/MBA or Finance related field
