Prepare and maintain comprehensive personnel files, leave records, and medical documentation in compliance with Indian labor laws and organizational policies Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees, creating a welcoming experience from day one Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management processes Manage compliance with Social Security and statutory procedures specific to Indian employment regulations Coordinate internal communication initiatives, company announcements, and employee engagement events that strengthen organizational culture Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and transparency Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic people decisions and support organizational goals

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources Proven experience in personnel administration, timekeeping management, and employee record maintenance Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS or HR management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organizational levels Experience in employee engagement, culture building, or internal communications Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights Empathetic listener with genuine interest in supporting employee well-being and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
