We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, managing daily transactions, inventory, and customer interactions while maintaining the highest standards of service and organization.
As a Store Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for all our guests.
Manage all point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper cash handling and payment reconciliation throughout your shift Oversee daily stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal merchandise availability and minimize discrepancies Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to guest inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming, positive shopping experience Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Process customer transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in billing and providing detailed receipts Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure consistent service standards across the team Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying trends and providing actionable feedback to management Ensure strict compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and security protocols Maintain detailed and transparent records of stock movements, inventory discrepancies, and daily sales reports Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations and enhance guest satisfaction initiatives Identify opportunities to maximize sales and suggest innovative improvements to store operations and customer experience Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working toward effective resolutions
Secondary education or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and demonstrated expertise in cash handling procedures Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform accurate cash reconciliation and financial reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindset Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising or mentoring team members Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining service quality
