**Responsibilities:** Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Assist senior chefs and kitchen staff in all food preparation and cooking operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of assigned workstation and equipment Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health protocols to ensure compliance with hotel standards Support mise en place activities and ensure all ingredients are properly prepared before service periods Assist with food plating, garnishing, and presentation under the guidance of senior culinary staff Rotate through different kitchen stations to develop comprehensive culinary skills and knowledge Monitor food quality, temperature, and consistency, reporting any issues to supervisors immediately Maintain accurate inventory of assigned station supplies and communicate restocking needs Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations Respond promptly to feedback and coaching from senior chefs to improve culinary techniques Support special events, banquets, and service requirements as assigned by kitchen management

**Required Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary environment Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire) Proficiency in basic knife skills and food preparation techniques Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent teamwork and communication skills Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg regularly
