International Intern

Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations.

Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Support Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Handle guest requests and escalate complaints or issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Assist with events, meetings, conferences, and banquet functions when required.

Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Maintain professional communication with guests, colleagues, and management.

Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field .

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-service-oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
