Kitchen Stewarding Executive - Fairmont Agra

Oversee all dishwashing operations and ensure efficient management of the stewarding department Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas in compliance with health and safety regulations Manage and maintain all kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, and arrange timely repairs and servicing Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with international standards and company policies Supervise stewarding staff and provide training on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and operational best practices Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment Ensure proper segregation, storage, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental guidelines Conduct regular quality assurance checks to verify cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless operations and address any stewarding-related concerns Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, chemical usage, and staff performance Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation within the stewarding department Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety legislation, and local regulations

**Required Qualifications:** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in kitchen stewarding, dishwashing operations, or hospitality housekeeping roles Proven experience managing stewarding teams and staff supervision Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and HACCP principles Demonstrated understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements Proficiency in inventory management and procurement coordination Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment and kitchen machinery maintenance Excellent organisational and time management skills
